Online Marketing 2012
The amount of information online is unbelievable. With so much technology becoming available on daily basis, it is difficult to know when and where to look for the latest trends to help market your business. In addition, it is easy to get “information overload” because it seems as soon as one platform or technology is learned, another one appears that is bigger, better and has a further reach or perhaps operates on a completely different online marketing channel that you haven’t yet had the opportunity to explore…ugh!
Many people look to me to provide them with some of the latest trends in the marketing world. Although, most of the information on this site is geared toward beginner and intermediate internet marketers, everyone including expert and professional marketer’s can utilize the information in the infographic below.
There is simply no way that anyone can know everything that is going on in the world of internet or online marketing; however, it is very possible to learn as much about the topic as possible and build strategic relationships with other professionals to work toward one goal. The goal is being able to distribute as much good information as possible in such a way that it is easy to understand and is relevant to the readers seeking this information.

Online Marketing Campaign in 2012
Just because there are so many new and interesting ways to market your product or service doesn’t mean that you should totally forget what you’ve learned up to this point. Learning how to effectively incorporate the distribution channels you currently use with the new technology will only help to enhance your online reputation and reward you with top placement in the search engines.
It’s important to understand what an online marketing campaign is and consists of. The marketing campaign is comprised of several distribution channels delivering one message to brand your product or service. The goal of any marketing campaign is to attract, convert and maintain a performing customer base.
Although M-commerce is growing at an absurd rate, market to all platforms. Don’t forget about Tablet and PC based users. Just because there has been a 400% in mobile searches last year (2011) doesn’t mean that other devices such as PC’s and tablets aren’t below your marketing efforts. Make sure that you include a thorough marketing campaign inclusive of these market segments.
One last thing, (and I wasn’t even going to mention this, but because it’s so huge… I couldn’t NOT mention it), you can never ever forget social media integration. Refer to the infographic to see some of the crazy stats associated with consumer conversion rates from social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
