Meaning, you must have systems and/or procedures in place that you can pass along to those who are interested in working with you so they can easily learn and work the business. Have you ever heard of a successful coach and/or business leader talk about providing you with a step-by-step process? Well, then chances are, that coach or business leader is rather successful and has taken what they’ve learned and incorporated into an easy to follow system that anyone can adopt by following the simple steps.

I really want everyone to know that although it may seem like many of the “Guru’s” on the internet are living it up now, they worked really hard to get their and establish a system for us to use. That’s all you have to do. Simply learn how to do something, keeping your trial and errors documented so you can let other people know what mistakes you’ve made and how they can learn how to do everything the right way. Then, once you have learned how to work your own system in a successful way, you are ready to share it with the world. This will take some time, but break down your steps to the ridiculous. Literally create a step-by-step process for your future prospects.

If you need to have a college degree to understand your system, then you will fail… If a 5th grader can walk in and follow your steps, then you are golden!

Our society is based on a systematic approach to just about anything. Think of it this way, if you go to work for a large corporation, what do you normally do when you first get the job?
